McCain Picnic in Waukee

On June 8th Senator John McCain (R-AZ) held a townhall meeting and picnic in the Des Moines-area town of Waukee. Around 100 listened to 15 minute remark from McCain and then asked questions. The remarks focused on the immigration reform legislation, as it was stalled in the Senate just the day before and the need for the U.S. to remain committed in Iraq.
